Shipping

Returns and refunds
All sales are final once an order is delivered as described, undamaged, and in the condition shown at the time of purchase. We’re unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selected, or preference.
That said, we will offer a free replacement or full refund if:
- the item arrives with a manufacturing defect,
- you received the wrong item, or
- the item arrived damaged in transit.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method within [2 business days].
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order ID. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the returns terms above.
